Not a good idea to go out and get Mullered, not a good idea to drink at all, but ho hum!
Hi Percy greenfingers, I'm with you on this one! Though I have been quite a heavy drinker in the past so cutting down on the alcohol has been very difficult for me, I am struggling with it, particularly at weekends-so therefore, I do give in and have a little cheat (well a whole bottle of wine sized cheat!)sometimes at the weekend...weekends are always the hardest times for me, but I've been absolutely fine...of course I don't want to make myself ill, but I do want to be able to have a drink every now and then when I really fancy it!!!
Remember, Teetotalers don't live longer...it just feels like it!!!!

Wow I started the SS diet on Wednesday and have a friends birthday next Saturday, everyone has been telling me how I would be ok to drink for one night which I already felt uncomfortable about but you have just given me the reasons to say NO !! (as well as keeping on track with weight loss). Thanks Great advice !!! x

I drank when I was 12 weeks into the diet, 3 stone lighter and feeling fab - had the best night ever until I started to feel dizzy, disorientated and lost control of my body!! Very scary situation after only 6 double vodka and diet cokes!!! I was very sick and endured my first and only hang over! Be careful peeps! Xx
