    it's 2nd or 3rd week depending on cdc, i felt the same but since getting my flavouring haven't used it as have got used to the water now
    Overcoming overeating goals ;
    • when craving/urge, write in book to get off of mind then work out why; emotion/ tired/ smell ...and better way to respond + do it! Remember if hunger is not the problem, then food is not the solution!
    • poster for kitchen cupboard to focus on if get the urge to eat- fat photo, reasons why losing weight, can eat but chosen not to + food still be around november......then away from kitchen to book as above
    • be aware of issues making unhappy and possible reasons for self sabotage, and work on them one by one, started with assertiveness, sa next- look into counselling, then whatever hits me next!
    • find out as much as can about takeaways- animal welfare, environmental impact, addictive additives etc to decide if really want + compile recipes for healthy versions
    • stick to ss+ on hol
    • be able to deal with other peoples negativity towards cd, and attempts at sabotage without food. book + practise assertiveness + activity to release upset + anger

    I'd be careful going too overboard with the water 6litres is a lot! I know sometimes when I've forgotten to drink enough and make myself sick drinking loads too fast. obviously drinking too much too fast isn't good!
    This link talks about water intoxication. http://chemistry.about.com/cs/5/f/blwaterintox.htm

    It's really hard for me to drink all my water, I dislike drinking water and don't want to keep going to the toilet I need to wee a lot anyway and since there's no medical problem that it can be traced to the doctor's best guess is that my weight puts pressure on my bladder! So I suppose more toilet visits now are worth it in exchange for less in the long run, but it's still REALLY REALLY HARD
