I am abit lost on this forum, not sure where to post or where my last posts are, as i wanted to go to the intro bit, i am having a real bad time on this CD. I have lost alot of weight in 2 days, but still struggling.

MME, if you go down to where it says 'forum jump' you can change the scroll down menu to 'subscriptions' and it will show you all the messages you have posted on

Do you mean "quick links" to the left of "Log out" ?

That has the "subscribed threads" at the bottom..
