    HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!

    this morning i have just weighed myself.... been a bit down only lost 6lbs in last 3 weeks but this morning i got on my scales and im soooooo happy!!

    when i started 6 weeks ago i was 19 stone 5lbs and this morning im into the 16's!! ok so its only 16 stone 13lbs but its not 19 or 18 or 17 any more.... woo hoo!! i am very happy
