    Socialising and CD?

I'm starting CD on 29th June and I have several activities planned (joys of finally being 18!) My friends and I are planning to go clubbing and I was wondering whether some of you have. I was thinking of having a shake before and drinking water throughout the night, but was worried about light headedness. I've decided that I want to fit CD into my life as much as possible, rather than feeling like I am a prisoner of the diet. I hope that makes sense, so I would just like your input.

    Thanks

You should be fine, you may feel light headed for first week or so, but that will pass, make sure you have plenty of water evenlly spaced out

My ultimate goal was to wake up slim, I lived and dreamed about it.
    Yesterday I woke up slim

Hi, Im not sure what you are saying, are you saying that you plan to go out and not cheat? or that you want to go out and have a drink so you are not a prisoner of the diet?

I can offer my personal advise either way, let me know

Then in that case, dont worry you will be fine, if you are planning a long night where you will be using lots of energy dancing, then personally I would take either a tetra or a choc bar with you.

You dont necessarily need to have it, but if you have it with you and you do feel a bit faint then you can have it. if you are on 3 cd, take the extra as a 4th one. it will not have any affect on your loss.

Choc bar prob the best as you could keep havin a nibble to keep your energy levels up.

Generally though most people dont really struggle with light headedness on this diet, as it provides all the nutrients, vits and mins required. it is only when excersise is included that it can.

Go and have a great time and if you take a bar, you can have it if you need it and dont worry, and have fun, you have one life, live it!
