can i be smaller than ever

    Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has ended up smaller than they
    have ever been.

I wondered if anyone has got to a certain weight and not lost anymore.

    Love

Hi hun - nobody should be dieting below their BMI of 20 anyway so most people on here will probably stop at BMI 22/23 or so at their lowest.

    Hi Sarah,

Here is a link for you to work out your own BMI

Calculate your BMI - Standard BMI Calculator

I use to be always around 8 stone for years and when I started out at 18 stone I did want to be 8 stone again...but now I am not so sure that is the weight for me now that I am older.

I would love to be in the normal range BMI is really what I want now.

    Which is around 10 stone.

What would you like to be?

    Love Mini xxx
