When did you lose a dress size??

Hi everyone
I know that everyone is different but i was just wondering how much i need to lose before i am a dress size smaller. I was size 18/large 16 to begin with. Now i think i am size 16. How much more must i lose before i am size 14?

How much weight did you lose before you lost a size??

Unfortunately that's a difficult question to answer as everyone is so different, i've lost 58lbs and have dropped 5 dress sizes..... Sorry can't be much of a help.

for me it is roughly a dress size for every stone.

I suppose it depends what shape you are.I was a large 20 bottom half,large 22 on top half.I have lost 2st 10lbs and can now fit into a 14 bottom half and a 16 top half
