eugh i feel like crap! im so annoyed at myself!it was my birthday on the 5th of this month n i jumped off the wagon to treat myself a little...had a drink or ten and went out for a meal with my bf. I havnt been able to get back on track since then
i feel so silly! i just seem to jump pff the wagon and burn it to the ground everynite when i get bored or stressed or anything like that! and at the min im seriously stressed iv got exams comin up n have no idea wat im doin!
has anyone got any tips for me on how to get back on track? i really wana loose a bit more weight before i go home to see my mum n dad n my sis's (it would be nice not to be the largest woman in the house especialy as my sis is a skinny big boobed perfect figure person and flaunts it around)
