Dont go straight back in SS - try 790 for a week or two and stick totally to allowable foods and liquids.

It will be easier to get back to SS if you try it this way.

    Hey hun

Sorry to hear you're feeling down about things. The only advice I think is worthwhile offering you is this:

If you really want to get back onto the wagon, then your head MUST be in the right place. If your head isnt in the right place you won't be able to do this. So you need to say to yourself "c'mon now girly, back to the old SS for a bit and we'll be there in no time!" grit your teeth and do it. Do it for a couple of days, take it a day at a time, and before you know it you'll be back in the swing.

Its mind over matter with this, as I have discovered, and you need to be strong and remind yourself why you are doing this- for your health, happiness, and for no-one else. I'm rooting for ya chick!

    xx

i keot falling off the wagon but this week I have used AAM to ease myself back into ketosis after a major blow out or 2 last week.

so far it has worked a treat and today I didnt feel the need to add the meal so maybe this is a good idea for you.

its so difficult to get back on track but there are ways to make it easier. easing urslef back into ketosis is definately one of the easiest.

If you are struggling to do ss id ease you way back in, maybe to 790 for 3 or 4 days, then aam for a few days and then onto ss. Keep focused on your dream and you can do it
