    Im Back on track!

    Hi everybody,

    For the past few weeks ive been on and off the wagon more time than i can to think - but ive managed to maintain my weight which is very good.

    Anyway, today at my WI ive lost 1lb which is ace and as ive lost weight, i feel like im now back on track and dont want to fall off the wagon again....what a wierd and powerful thing the mind is.

    Ive learned the past few weeks that even 1 tiny bit of food means i fall off as im an 'all or nothing' type or girl and exercising whilst trying to get back into ketosis really helps with the withdrawl symptoms.

    Thanks to everybody for help and advice over these tough weeks, im now mentally in the right frame of mind to get back on track and loose more weight.

    My next goal is 1 stone by first week of October!!!

    Week 1 = -14lbs
    Week 2 = -4lbs
    Week 3 = -5lbs
    Week 4 = -2lbs + 5" lost from waist to date
    Week 5 = -2.5lbs (TOTM)
    Week 6 = -5.5lbs + 8" lost from waist to date
    Week 7 = -1lb gutted but totally deserved it
    Week 8 = -6lb *40lbs lost*
    Week 9 = +3lb *AAMW*
    Week 10 = -8lb
    Week 11 = +3lb
    Week 12 = -4lb
    Week 13 = -3lb *TOTM*
    Week 14 = -4.5lb *50lb Target achieved*
    Week 15 = +7lb had a week off
    Week 16 = -5.5lb back on track
    Week 17 = STS
    Week 18 = STS
    Week 19 = -1lb

    How i could look at goal weight! What a Hoot!

    Week 1 to 4 = - 24lb
    Week 5 to 8 = - 16lb (40lbs in 8 weeks!!)
    Week 9 to 12 = -16 lbs and lost 12.5 inches around my body! Oh Yea!
    Week 13 = -3lb 810 week Too!
    Week 14 = 4 days off +TOTM +5lb (sucks man!)
    Week 15 = - 9 Yea Baby!!!
    Week 16 = -3
    Week 17+18 = -7
    Week 19 = + 10 OOPS!

    Week 20 = -12 Back on track!




    Mini Goals:
    • Reach 5 stone lost Done
    • BMI Under 30 Done
    • Get into the 14's Done
    • Reach 6 stone lost!






    Get to 13.7 by begining of December in time for xmas!

    Well done....I am experiencing similar struggles but not back on track like you are...have a fab week.

    Week 1-4 -21lbs
    Week 5-8 -4lbs(on and off plan
    Week 9-12 -5lbs (on off on)

    Week 13 -1lb trying to refocus!!
    Week 14 away,no WI, off plan
    Week 15 -1lbBack on....mostly!
    Week 16 No weigh in, gave up!!!

    Week 17 Back trying!! -5lbs yipeee!



    Short Term Goal...No Nibbling!!!
    Get under 13 stones - DONE



    REFOCUS!!!!! Get the next stone gone
