Thanks Charlotte! Err... 'non-manly' advice needed now lol: how do you use this stuff? Rub it on before bed? During the day?

    Diet: Cambridge Diet - maintenance

Palmers cocoa butter firming lotion is also very good - designed for people who've had weight loss. I used it liberally before and during the early stages of CD and I've no significant sagging currently. I use it for 'top ups' now, a couple of times per week.

My weight loss/maintenance since reaching goal:

    GOAL 2 - maintain!
...and if I lose a little more, then great!

(erm... lost a little bit more - oops! )

My CD weight loss to goal:

    DONE!
    14st3lbs/90kg
    Lose a stone!
    13st7lb/85kg
    Size 16!
    'Overweight'
    Into the 12's
    Get called 'skinny'
    Size 14!
    12st9lb/80kg
    11st12lb/75kg
    size 12!!! (unexpected bonus )
    11st/70kg original goal reached
    GOAL 1 (revised from 11st/70kg) - 10st 10lbs/68kg!

Yeah I'll do that. Might not notice anything for a few weeks, and I'll have nothing to compare it against so it could be snake oil at the end of the day, but if it makes me feel better...

Maybe I could do half my body; left half ointment, nothing on the right and see what happens
