silver linings...

I have had a terrible weekend because of swine flu (although it is only 6 days until I go to Egypt)

the silver lining is the scales are being really nice to me! I mean really nice!

Ho was everyone elses weekend? any other silver linings?

You'll be in the 13s in no time 13s for me were so exciting as I had not been in the 13s in a 2 years. Now 12s are major as I haven't been in them for around 4 years! Hopefully I'll be spending my 19th next year the lightest I have been for yonks!

I would LOVE to be in the 13s for my birthday which is lowest I will have been in over 5 years!!! I have until the 11th oct!

Anything is possible with CD, you're doing really well just stick at it and the pounds will fly off

hope your feeling better have a nice time in egypt i so want to go to cairo at some point. my scales are never nice to me i think there using the "tough love" method.
