don't know if i can do this anymore!

I am thinking I have done enough on cambridge! I have managed 5 weeks but feeling really crap!

I have been picking the last few weeks so I'm not even doing it properly. I have been getting really bad chest pains over the last 2-3 weeks, not all the time it has happened about 4-5 times but twice i have been physically sick wih the pain! Went to docs and saw the locum and he said i had pulled a muscle in my back WTF! I am not a doctor but know it's not a pulled muscle. Will see how it goes and go and see one of the other doctors.

Don't know wether to give it another bash starting tomorrow 100% or swop over to the weight watchers and hammer they gym!

    Any words of encouragement!!!

    Ta x x

p.s. by the way i think the pains are gallstones in my opinion x x

Have you fallen off yet? I have been where you are sooooo many times. If I may, as soon as I say a little something tonigh and 100% tommorow - I have a little healthy something and then blow and eat everything (I think its part of my self punishment), 100% tommorow starts much later on and is harder than staying on.

Another diet and lots of exercise, I don't know why I even considered it. Has it worked for me in the past? Did I stick to it? Will I happy with the losses to do it again - no?

So try and fail, here I am again. If I had my time again .... stick with it from day1 and get it off and over with, don't pro-long the agony and take near a year. It's soooooo hard when you feel like you do, but really try, please. It's harder any other way than pulling through tonight.

I hope you wanted a talking to, kick up bum. I'm not trying to be harsh just wish I was were you are now so I could have taken a different path.

Xmas night out dress????? Good luck hun.
(am saving my post for when I need the royal kick up bum!)

One evening off - is it really going to make that much different in the grand scheme of things. Looking at total loss over total time, you won't even notice it!
Just enjoy tonight and tomorrow is a new day, new frame of mind and the new you in that xmas dress coming.

Just been browsing dresses for a party - check out monsoon for a bit of inspiration, can't afford the ones I like but can dream of what I'll look like in them at goal!

Don't give up. Just move up the steps, if you are struggling. A friend does 810 and loses as much weight as me, and seems to eat loads, though it is restricted to the approved food list. Better to move up than give up.

Hey don't give up! It's worth it! Try SS+ if you're struggling or even 810. I've been on CD for 16 weeks tomorrow and it has been hard, but so worth it. The results are quick, which are so motivating.
