Lightbulb How Old is your Heart.? Something to think about...

Do you want to have a healthy heart

Put your hand on your heart. What do you feel? Blood pumping life through your veins, all thanks to the most valuable muscle in your body. Whether you're concentrating at work, running for a bus or watching TV, your body's biggest, most important muscle is busy pumping 2,000 gallons of blood through your arteries daily, delivering oxygen to your brain and other organs.

But did you know that your heart has it's own age? Believe it or not, this can be either HIGHER or LOWER than your birth age. Your heart is an extremely powerful organ, but it's delicate too.

    Look after it.

Here's hoping we are all successful in loosing our weight, to keep our healthy hearts pumping

    Hugs x x x
