LOL - I forgot you aren't in the uk, sorry hun! It's an order that bans them from being within so many yards of the area. Basically, the police have had to warn them about criminal damage and stealing in the area - they have so many chances then get an asbo, which means if they are found/seen in the area the police can arrest them, take them to court etc...Not really 100% - but this is the understanding I have of what an asbo is!
I began the Cambridge Diet in April 2009 - I lost 8 stone 5lb in 12 months
I fell pregnant in April 2010 so had to end my CD journey, resulting in a 4 stone gain but my gorgeous little boy is very much worth it!
I am re-starting CD in May 2011 in the hope to loose the 4 stone gained in pregnancy plus an extra 2 stone to reach my ultimate target of 11 stone.
My targets for 2011 -
1. Loose 1 stone - Done! 14/05/11
2. Loose 2 stone
3. Get back to my pre-pregnancy weight (13 stone)
4. Begin the journey to goal!
Ah i know the proces! we have it over here as welldon't even know the dutch name though
And about the forgetting i'm not from the UK, think i can take that as a compliment :P apparently my english is better then i think hahahaha.
Have a little patience with me, since im not english, strange words may pop up every now and then.

Week 14 : - 3.0 lbsbeen hospitalised.....and off CD

Surgery done 10-2-2010. So atm not CD-ing. Will start again when i am all back to normal.
