If you do what you've always done, you get what you always got!:
Mini goal: July --> lose 30 kg/80 lbs... collect rewards along the way...well massive weightloss on hold!
Now to switch to a healthy pregnancy
Goal 1: get through week one, two, three, four
Goal 2: finish 1successful month ELLIE SAAB perfume
Goal 3: drink 3 liters of h2o everyday
Goal 4: lose 10%
Goal 5: stick with exercise program for a 1,2,3,4 weeks
Goal 6: lose 20%
What a great post! Just what I needed was on the verge of giving up as for some reason day 6 is hard again!
To add a couple;
- To not be the fat friend and be able to share clothes with my thin friends.
- To look great in my wedding dress next year.

great thread,i would add..to sit on a patio chair, without worrying if u'll break it, to fit through turnstyles in public places, and to not have to worry about trying on clothes in communal changing room's.
To be able to JUMP into the pool and not cause a tidal wave
To walk past groups of teenage boys and not hold your breath in case they are going to say something abusive
To be able to eat on the train or in the street and not imagine people thinking "no wonder she's so fat"
To be able to get low cost life insurance!
To be able to look in a mirror and not hate what I see..
And all the others already added!

Back to a VLCD to shift a few pounds gained after quitting the ciggies on 31/12/09!
Week One: -8.5lbs
Week Two: -3lbs
Week Three: -2.5lbs
Week Four: -2.5lbs
Week Five: -1.5lbs
Week Six: -2lbs
Week Seven: STS (only to be expected really)
Off plan now until back from holidays x x
wow ladies, this is great, just printed it off and will read at home, and am not sure if this is one of the points but hey---TO MAKE LOVE WITH FULL LIGHTS ON AND WITH ALL PRIDE IN FULL GEAR, STRIDING IN LINGARIE WEAR IN THE BEDROOM WITH NO REGRETS!!, any one feel the same as me??? my my, the sight of my bottom and belly right now puts me right off myself, leave alone my hubby, pew!

To look good going out with my lovely husband on Valentines Day
Not to have to ask for a seat belt extension on a plane..!
Not to worry about getting stuck in the turnstile at footie ground!
Brilliant thread - found myself chuckling to myself and nodding in agreement!
My reasons are the majority of the above plus (don't laugh at me) - have recently qualified as an aerobics instructor but just don't have the confidence to stand up in front of people and teach!!!Guess I never thought that one through when I signed up for the course!!

wow okay i've found so many that really applies to me as well, hope no one minds if i use them in my own diary thread for personal motivation and inspiration during the lows!
got a few as well:
- Not aviod family gatherings/dinners anymore just because I feel too fat and ugly too meet anyone.
- Not have any more 'Hysterical Weigh-ins' where I gain huge amounts of weight constantly over a period of time, and then sit in a corner and sob through the night because I'm at wits' end as to how to lose the remaining pounds.
- No more yo-yo dietings! No more dieting and exercising to lose weight that I have previously lost, over and over again!
