Im not too sure if they are allowed, I have taken some in the past.

It's just caffine in the end, so It may be ok.

If your feeling fatigued it can be a sign your not drinking enough water.

I will ask around for information as I am not familiar with ProPlus.

As far as im aware they are just a high dose of caffeine, cant be that harmful if they are sold in chemists. Can not see why they should be a problem because we allowed unlimmited black coffee which would have the same effect.
