    What can you do with ss mixes to make them interesting?

    Hi I'm laura and on day 6 first time i have been on cd and its going so well. I've got my first weigh in today a day early but wed is my day off. Any way I'm loving the shakes, but what can i do to make them interesting I've read some of you talking about ice cream truffles etc any ideas for me? Also do you have to have a soup? Coz i really dint like them i can tolerate chix & Mush but if i only have that one i will start to hate it as well.

    the only thing i`ve doen with my shakes is add mixamouse
    it makes it into a angel delight sort of desert
    you buy this from your cdc
    i have 2 shaked during the day and a mixamousse for my last meal
    you just add it to the shake

    i start the day with a iced coffee. (i se a bullet blender like this eBay.co.uk: Magic bullet kitchen blender food processor NEW £65 (item 330112527788 end time 03-May-07 0925 BST) )

    about 7 cubes of ice
    spoonful of instant coffee
    1/2 large blender mug of water
    2 sweetner tablets
    2 teaspoons on cappachino mix
    1spoon of choc mix, blend till its smooth.
