oh this is gorgeous, yummy yummy

i took a frozen tatra out of the freezer earlier, and forgot about it, so it was semi frozen, just mixed it with black coffee and blended it. it is the most rich milkshake i have had on this diet so far, cant manage the tetras on their own as a drink, i am odd.

no was choc velvet. cant stand banana flavoured anything.

was yummy. it has to be defrosted slightly, so its soft, not completely melted though.

What the hell, I'm going to try it anyway!!! In the days before CD I could eat a cold curry from the night before, also not unknown to have a mars bar for breakfast

    Thanks again

I hope you enjoy it it was so very filling and thick.

i used half a cup of black coffee, and then added the tetra slushy.
