    Red face Its my first weigh in tonight

    Hello all,
    Well this is day 7 and I have my weigh in tonight (bricking it).
    Please all cross your fingers for me.
    I have really struggled over the weekend (was on my own all weekend, couldn't face socialising) Then OH came in last night and cooked a pizza and sat next to me eating it, oh it smelt gorgeous. I do hope sniffing can't put me out of ketosis. lol

    I have been sniffing food too, especially pizza, i was wondering the same thing about ketosis, lol

    good luck Peachy. I remember that nervous feeling before 1st wi (still have it sometimes) and also remember that amazing sense of accomplishment when I stepped on the scales.

    Week 1-12: lost 3 stone (42lbs)
    Week 13: Lost ???

    Goals:
    Short Term
    1 - get through each day and not stress about tomorrow - so far so good
    2 - loose 1" from waist, hips and bust - 1st week! 1" from waist, 2" each hips and bust
    3 - loose 1 stone - 2nd Week!
    4 - loose 3" each from waist, hips and bust - 3rd week! with 5" lost from hips!!!
    5 - loose 2 stone by September - done by August
    6 - loose 4" each from waist, hips and bust - done by August
    7 - loose 10" each from waist, hips and bust - done by September
    8 - loose 3 stone by October - done by September
    9 - in size 16 by December
    10 - loose 4 stone by Christmas

    Long Term
    1 - be a healthy weight (as dx by Drs)
    2 - be physically fit enough to do a moon walk
    3 - maintain for life!

    i also remember how nervous i was before weigh no 1
    and yes dont drink water for a hour before as 1 litre can weigh 2 lbs on scales, ohh and make sure to fully empty your bladder too [duhhhh says everyone of course]
