    Will the scales move tomorrow???

Well, tomorrow is weigh-in day and I am a tad nervous Last week the scales didn't move at all, although I did lose inches. This week I feel lighter, but also know that that does not always mean anything . If it doesn't move tomorrow then I really don't know if it is worth my while continuing with CD

Are you doing SS? If you've been good then you can't fail and I'm sure you'll be fine. I get quite excited about weighing in but also a little nervous.
Let us know your loss cos there will be one - stay positive girl!!!

Hey Kitten. When you walk into a clothes shop, and you see something you like -- do you think "..hell, I weigh XXX amount so its not going to fit..' NO! You dont buy clothes by the number it tells you on the scales. Loosing inches is fabulous and thats what will get you into those clothes. Dont be too disheartend. We all have our peaks and troughs. Small weight loss one week, big weight loss the next, not weight loss but a fabby new waistline.

I think too many people are wanting quick results -- which is what CD does, but maybe sometimes a little unrealistic? I, for example, have allowed 18 months to loose 10stone. If I loose it before, all well and good. Xx

    Chin up!!

I switched up to 790 just last week as I am now doing a lot of excercise and just needed more than SS was giving me, but even on SS I wasn't losing more than a pound or two at a time. I find it so hard when people are reporting their fab losses, when mine is so slow.

I so know how you feel, I have been toying with going up to 790 step rather than SSing, my losses are between 1 or 2lb yet my pal im going with keeps lossing between 3 & 4lb each week, shes lost a total of 30lb in the same time its taken me to lose 19, ok still better than when with WW but I do get a little down when I see the fab loses others are having
