Help! Can't update ticker

I'm probably being a bit stupid but my ticker does not seem to carry across to my signature when I updated it. What am I doing wrong?

In update signature I click on the ticker.
I go onto ticker website and amend - so it looks right.
I come back to signature and save it and the ticker hasn't changed

Have I missed a step?

what I did to update mine this morning was went to the website and updated it without worrying about being in my signature - saved it over there and when I then refreshed the page here it had updated. Maybe the saving in the signature bit is causing the problem?

Thanks Mifford but I can't see where I save the ticker on that page Have tried again and again and still not getting anywhere.
