Going on holiday soon.....

Hi,

I have been doing SS for almost 2 weeks (with one small blip in my first week) and I am starting to notice the weight loss.

I go on holiday on the 15 June and I am starting to worry that if I am doing SS until that point when I go on holiday I will ruin all the work that I have done.

I thought maybe I could "semi SS"...any advice would be welcome.

How easy would it be to SS on holiday???

Hi Mils, where are you going? Have you look at step 2 790cal. That might be easier for you to do while your away? when you get back after your hol go back to ss. xx
