    Anyone up for a 7 day challenge starting Mon??

    Jus wondered if anyone was wanting to join me in a 7 day challenge starting tomorrow (mon). Have struggled to get going again since my exams were over and my tummy bug, so really want a big push tomorrow to get back on ss.

    TBH don't think I've been completely over the bug til today, so fingers crossed I feel better tonmorrow and can really get going.

    Yep me too, been off it for 2 weeks and think I've put back on 11lbs I lost in first week. I'm up for it tomorrow, looking forward to get going again.

    I have been trying for the last couple of weeks to start shifting a stone. This could be just what the doctor ordered.
    So my pledge is........ to lose 7lbs in 7 days starting on monday 14 May.

    Count me in ... we 'Chi girls' gotta stick together! I've almost completed week on on SS but I could certainly do with staying on track for week 2 so a challenge is just what I need!
    Starting weight - 20th Oct 2011 17st 11lb

    WK1 - 28th Oct - 17st 1lb (-10lb)
    WK2 - 4th Nov - 16st 13lb (-2lb)
    WK3 - 11th Nov - 16st 10lb (-3lb)
    WK4 - 18th Nov -16st 8lb (-2lb)
    Total for 4 weeks = 17lb


    WK5 - 25th Nov - 16st 8lb (STS)
    9th Dec - 16st 3lb (-5lb)






    GOALS (for now)
    Lose 1st stone
    Get down into the 16s
    To get into the 15s
    Lose 10% of starting body weight (25lb)
    To lose 2nd stone
    To zip up waterproof jacket (bought in a charity shop on purpose with a 4" gap at the front)
    To get into a size 18
    To lose 3rd stone
    To have a BMI lower than 35
    To lose 4th stone

    Have changed my target - and now want to rid myself of another 28lbs....having to confess to you lot will help keep me on track....and give me the kick up the B.T.M. that I sooooo need !!!

    Chi girls? RD i know for the uni there but kangy??? Ru at uni too or just from chi? That will make 3 of us. Born and bred in chi for 33 years me!!!! Small world aint it???

    OOh I'm so glad there's so many - I really need to crack this now, and I know if I can get back into SS I'll get back into the "zone"

    lynjo - I'm at the Uni, just finished my 2nd year. I love Chi and am umming about moving over for my third year - I live on the IoW, which is lovely too!!

    RD - soooo pleased you've been SSing ok this week! Any results in yet?? I'm not even going to ask til Friday I don't think (though I prob won't hold out til then!)
