    Well I am back after having a baby boy on 23/12/09

    I am determined to get back to a healthy BMI - so my goal is 8stone 6lbs! I have done the CD before so this time round I am finding it harder because I know what to expect LOL!!
    So here it goes!!

    Hi,

    I have pmd Lou_lou her CDC does not have bars at the moment. I have advised none of us are allowed to post out supplies from online contacts as this breaks out code of coduct and have given her a list of CDC's in her area.

    If her CDC cannot assist in the next couple of days she can meet with one of the other CDCs in her area to see her over until her CDC has the necessary stock.

    Thank you, I didn't realise that CDC we not aloud to supply people which they hadn't met before.
