Can you do cambridge even if not got much to lose??

Hi, my friend has been asking about cambridge but shes very petite and I find it hard to believe that she has any weight to lose so I said I didnt think she could do cambridge, is that right?? Im going on what I knew of lighterlife as I knew you could only do that if you have a minimum of couple stone to lose. Thanks sarahxx.

I'm not a CDC but I think you have to have a BMI over 25 before you can sole source ... your friend *might* be able to use a higher plan if the CDC feels she has any weight to lose.
Surely she'd be better just cutting down her fat and refined carbs and taking a bit more exercise though? CD seems a bit drastic for someone who is barely overweight IMO.
    Starting weight - 20th Oct 2011 17st 11lb

    WK1 - 28th Oct - 17st 1lb (-10lb)
    WK2 - 4th Nov - 16st 13lb (-2lb)
    WK3 - 11th Nov - 16st 10lb (-3lb)
    WK4 - 18th Nov -16st 8lb (-2lb)
    Total for 4 weeks = 17lb

    WK5 - 25th Nov - 16st 8lb (STS)
    9th Dec - 16st 3lb (-5lb)

    GOALS (for now)
    Lose 1st stone
    Get down into the 16s
    To get into the 15s
Lose 10% of starting body weight (25lb)
    To lose 2nd stone
To zip up waterproof jacket (bought in a charity shop on purpose with a 4" gap at the front)
To get into a size 18
    To lose 3rd stone
To have a BMI lower than 35
    To lose 4th stone

She used to be overweight in her teens and is very slim now but its after a few personal tradgedys in her life, she had a baby die and then her partner hung himself and she found him 2 days after new year.
She has very low self asteem and I think she is very worried of putting the weight back on. Ive tried everything to assure her she doesnt need to lose anything but she seems to be bordering to eating disorder tendencys I think!! Im pretty confident that no one would take her on for this kind of diet but it worrys me that she may buy ebay stuff if desperate. Sarahxx.

Hes told me hes sure she wouldnt be able to do it on her BMI alone so im hoping I can get him to tell her how dangerous it could be if she has a naughty go at it via the ebay route!!
