Lactose free advice

hey i need some advice

I have a client, who uses lactose free products and is doing 790 at the moment. As she doesnt use skimmed milk, could she use soya based semi skimmed milk instead?

Would have thought so Azar. Would prob call Head Office just to confirm, but can't see what other alternative is on offer . My L.F lady uses it (same allowance) for her coffee/tea! She's on "with meals" programme too at the moment.
Have never tried it myself, but know loads of people who drink it everyday now as their normal milk. May give it a try methinks!!!
