    After Friday's disaster......

    I lost one pound

    Its still a loss and I am pleased that I didn't gain.

    My counsellor this week has thrown down the gauntlet! I am back on SS and if I can lose 5 pounds he will halve the cost of my packs next week!!

    Game on!!!
