Wk10 - 1lb Wk11 - STS (TOTM) Wk12 - 3 1/2lbs Mini goals Loose first 10% - done (27/06) Loose second 10% (25lbs) - Big Brother Challenge!! 48lbs in 13 weeks. wk1 - 45lbs to go wk2 - 42lbs to go wk3 - 38lbs to go wk4 - 34lbs to go wk5 - 32lbs to go wk6 - 29lbs to go wk7 - still 29lbs to go -oops, I will do it!! |
