    Have shake or not

    Just wanted to ask.

I have had 1 shake and 1 soup today and lots of water.
As I didn`t have my soup untill 6.30pm im not bothered about my last shake.

Just wondered if it will be alright to have it late tonight or just not bother at all.

    Thanks for any advice

It's ok to have it late tonight just so long as you have it. You MUST have your 3 shakes a day, it's very important

I asked this question too and was told it was absolutely important to ensure that you have all the packs.

My hungry times seem to be on a night. I don't have anything until my lunch hour at work 12.30 - 1.00 p.m. Then I have my tea at about 7.00 p.m. while I am watching Emmerdale and my supper at 9.00 p.m. If I've been busy shopping after work or something and am running late I sometimes don't feel like my supper, but I've been told I have to have the 3 each day. When I feel like that I have a shake and drink it quickly just to get it down

    Start 13st 11lb - Goal 10st 7lb
    Weeks 1-4 = -16lb (12st 9lb)
    Weeks 5-8 = -9.5lb (11st 13.5lb)
    Weeks 9-12 = -8.5lb (11st 5lb)
    Weeks 13-16 = -8.5lb (10st 11lb)
    Week 17 = No WI
    Week 18 = No WI

    Goals
    • Get into 12's
    • Lose 1 stone
    • Get into 11's
    • Lose 2 stone
    • Get into 10's
    • Lose 3 stone
    • GOAL
    • See how I look/feel and try to get to 10st

Sometimes i leave my last milkshake untill really late or i get up really late in the day and i dont really want my last milkshake because then i know i will be up all night going to the toilet (i make my milkshakes with nearly a pint of water). On 1 or 2 occasions i have only had the 2 milkshakes but i do hate missing them because then i get nevous that i am not getting all my nutrients.

I would advise that you should have it if its not gone past 11pmish. After that i would maybe text your CDC and ask them or see how you feel.

I hope i haven't been a bad influence on you. Having all 3 foodpacks is the best thing because then you know your body is getting well nourished and it makes you feel better. I swear my hair has grown about 4 inches since i started CD, lol.

    xx
