    juice

Tesco make their own juice called High Juice. The Apple,

Rasberry and Pomegrante one has malic acid and not citric

acid in it. It also has sweetners in it. Does anyone know if

that is ok to add to my water to break the boredom of just

    water?

The amount of plain water is whats causing me to to be

going off and on with the diet.

If I could drink this it would make it so much easier.

    Thanks

    Hello there,
I didnt think you were allowed any juice at all except water flavours from cd or you can have 2 cans of coke zero, strawberry and kiwi perfectly clear sparkling water and of course all mineral waters (plain) Hope it helps for tonight.
I find half a can of coke zero has helped me so much with the water too as it breaks it up a bit.
    Good luck xx

Diet: I'm doing it the cambrige way!
I don't know this Juice, but does it have fruit in it? I mean real fruit juice? If so this wouldn't be allowed as part of any lo carb plan... Also just because a juice has sweetners in it doesn't mean it also doesn't have natural sugars in it. Try using sparkling water alongside still, it helsp to break the monotony for me.
