    Red face Exercise

    Hi Guys!

I have just been weighed after my 6th week, so far i've lost 22lb altogether

I want to boost my weight loss a little and thought that exercise may do the trick. I have some exercise videos i can boogie along to. At the moment im really energetic and thought i'd use my increased energy levels to my advantage.

    WHO'S WITH ME?

Lets say 1/2 an hour exercise a day - more if you can manage it. Then the scales can tell us how our hard work has paid off.

I'm so curious to see whether exercise will boost my weightloss. I'm so positive at the moment to loose the weight im willing to try anything to shed a few extra pounds!

I get weighed on a Monday, so i'll post and let you all know the results after this weeks exercise marathon!!

Next week i'm going to give myself another challenge. I love challenges, they keep me eager!

    Diet: Don't diet anymore!
Just be gentle with the exercise if you are on SS/790 and try and do toning/stretching/pilates/yoga etc as opposed to mad treadmill work as you just haven't got the sugar in your system to cope with it.

I've got a fantastic toning dvd that's not too high on energy (but boy does it hurt after the first one)

Its called "Mark Anthony's once a week workout for women"

Fantastic - I'm sure I owe my 19" thighs and 28" waist to him.

    Good luck
