Kath - Why only 1 teaspoon? I have a lot more than that. I buy a tub a week! My CDC has not told me 1 tsp a day!! Should i be worried?

Yes I'm sure that's right, I was just trying to find where it's written but I can't! The drink mixes contain 12 cal per litre so wouldn't be unlimited. I am 99.9% sure it's a teaspoon a day, hopefully a more experienced CDC will be along to confirm!

Presumably because of the 12cal a litre thing. Hang on I'll post a thread and see if a more experienced CDC can answer

Yes you are right Kath. This is what Cambridge advise. It's a new ruling brought in awhile ago.

However, and I'm not endorsing it .... but myself and fellow CD's who use to have more before the new ruling came in, didn't have any problems with more than 1 tspn a day.

Try orange flavour with soda water - it tastes like old fashioned lemonade.
