    Sorry - I know this is on here somewhere already.

    As my weightloss is slowing, my cdc suggested I do a couple of ss+ days this week.

    I can't find my book. Does anyone know what the approved proteins are?

    Can I have tuna and chicken?

    If so how much am I allowed? A tin of tuna? Or less? What weight chicken?

    Also, what 'extras' are we allowed? Black pepper? Vinegar? Anything else yummy?

    you are allowed any herbs , spices ( be careful not to use much of mixes with salt in ... ) pepper , vinegar , balsamic vinegar ( I use it to 'fry stuff in and as a dressing ) fat free salad dressing ( kraft do one )
