taking time out ( sort me head out )

well got lots of personal problems at moment and really struggling with ss'ing so decided to take week or so off to sort myself out and get my head cleared. feel like a real failure and so fed up with myself at the moment. . . . . not giving up just need to clear head to get re focused.

will i find it easy starting a second time or am i kidding myself that i can get back into it easy ??

Hi sharon, sorry to hear ur having problems but as u say, if ur not focused on cd then ur not going to give it ur all.getting back on ss will depend on ur determination and motivation, i'm sure u will do it once u have resolved ur issues. Good luck, hope u feel better soon. Remember, on cd u have nothing to lose but the weight.

Sorry your having such a bad time.

This regime is tough even when you are focused.

However I would advise you not to go totally off plan as it is extremely difficult to get back into it.

    Sadly I speak from experience.

Why not look at one of the other plans 1000 or 1200? That way you get to eat food but still remain in control.

    Good luck
