    Please dont all lynch me for saying the C word....

    I dont know about the rest of you but I am really looking forward to Christmas this year as it will be my first slim xmas for 10 years

    I have just checked on the calendar and there are 20 weeks till Christmas, or just over 4 months.

    So I propose a challenge. 3 stone off by xmas. Anyone with me??

    oh go on then, you twisted my arm. I am involved in 3 challenges now

    I have a holiday to Disneyland Paris in November so was hoping to be near to my target then, I know I'll still need to lose a lot more so I would hope that by Christmas 3 stone is achievable....this is scary I'll have to start with my work out video to help me along LOL





    Used to be super slim, stopped smoking, ate too much junk food, piled on 6 stone, lost 4 stone on Cambridge Diet, then fell off the wagon and stuffed myself silly, gained back the 4 stone lost and 2 more for good measure!

    Hoping to at least start calorie counting soooonish, before getting back onto ww

    I'd love to join an Xmas Challenge... this will be my 3rd Xmas since beginning this FINAL weight loss journey.... I hoped to be at goal last year but it wasn't to be... this year I will be!!!!!! I don't have 3 stone to lose but I'm around a stone and a half from target..... the final stone is deffinately the hardest battle to win.!!!!!!!.. I hope to be at target and maintaining for Xmas... Challenge on!!!!!

    Started CD on plan 1200 4/8/07
    1200 plan August to March -31lbs -8.5 inches from waist
    Restart 26/03/2008
    4/4/08 VERY ANGRY 1 measly pound GRRR
    11/4/08 -3lbs -1 waist

    100 day challenge.....day 13..and cheated
    84 days to go....

    Goal 2 Lose another 4 stone by 4th July 2008 44 to go
