    Question Hungry?!

    Have been on S/S for 2 weeks, no problem the 1st week but finding myself hungry this 2nd week. Have not cheated at all, drinking loooaaads of water and doing everything the same as I did last week -do any of you get some hungrier days than others?!any ideas or just sit it out?!

    You do get some days hungrier than others - sit tight, keep up with the water, and you'll be fine

    Even 5 months on I still get the odd 'hungry' day ... darn it!!

    Just one of those things I suppose ... DQ has given some great advice and I'd echo that. You're well on your way: keep up the fab work!
    Starting weight - 20th Oct 2011 17st 11lb

    WK1 - 28th Oct - 17st 1lb (-10lb)
    WK2 - 4th Nov - 16st 13lb (-2lb)
    WK3 - 11th Nov - 16st 10lb (-3lb)
    WK4 - 18th Nov -16st 8lb (-2lb)
    Total for 4 weeks = 17lb


    WK5 - 25th Nov - 16st 8lb (STS)
    9th Dec - 16st 3lb (-5lb)






    GOALS (for now)
    Lose 1st stone
    Get down into the 16s
    To get into the 15s
    Lose 10% of starting body weight (25lb)
    To lose 2nd stone
    To zip up waterproof jacket (bought in a charity shop on purpose with a 4" gap at the front)
    To get into a size 18
    To lose 3rd stone
    To have a BMI lower than 35
    To lose 4th stone

    How tall are you? some people who are near to 5ft 8 and lead an active life need 4 packs a day. Speak to your counsellor and see what he/she recommends.
