When is your weigh in day?

My weigh in day is currently on a Saturday (although it will vary as sometimes we go away visiting family at the weekends).

I just wondered when everyones weigh in day is so that we can spur each other on and nosey into each others losses?!

    I began the Cambridge Diet in April 2009 - I lost 8 stone 5lb in 12 months

I fell pregnant in April 2010 so had to end my CD journey, resulting in a 4 stone gain but my gorgeous little boy is very much worth it!

I am re-starting CD in May 2011 in the hope to loose the 4 stone gained in pregnancy plus an extra 2 stone to reach my ultimate target of 11 stone.

    My targets for 2011 -

    1. Loose 1 stone - Done! 14/05/11
    2. Loose 2 stone
    3. Get back to my pre-pregnancy weight (13 stone)
    4. Begin the journey to goal!

I'm really looking forward to weighing in on sat! I'm so surprised at myself about how I haven't felt too hungry this time round and I just seem to have got on with it without any bother.

I think what helped me was knowing that I was going to be re-starting for the past 5 months or so. I think i've been able to get my head around the fact that i'd be ss'ing now for 6 months or so.

    Roll on weigh in day!!
