    100 days 100% From 05/05/2011

    Good Afternoon All,

    I saw one of these which started a while ago and people seem to have been finding it useful.

    I have worked out that 100 days will take me to:

    Saturday 13th August!

    I wanna do it 100% for 100 days - WHAT AN ACHIEVEMENT THAT WOULD BE.

    I would start today (even though I was 100% yesterday) and I will slowly be counting it down...I reckon it would take me to a great weight loss too!

    Is anyone with me?

    I won't bother doing a chart with a countdown - I think just regular updates after 1 week and we can see from there...
    This time is the LAST time!

    ON WEIGHT WATCHERS NOW!

    Goals


    Lose 7lbs
    Get into the 17s
    Lose 14lbs
    Lose 21lbs
    Get into the 16s
    Lose 28lbs
    Go Down a Dress Size.
    Lose 35lbs
    Get into the 15s (will be the lightest I have ever been at this points!)
    Lose 42lbs

    Lose 50lbs!
    Get in to the 14s

    Hey sounds like a plan. 100 days will fly by. Once you get past day 14 it will just be second nature.
    What's 100 days out of a lifetime anyway ;-)

    I have restarted today. It's my 5th attempted restart in the past couple of months and the 1st time I have got past day 1 :-) 35 days 100% is my target.





    Original Start weight 22 Stone 8 Pounds

    Current weight - 17 Stone 2 pounds

    Goal weight 14 Stone
