Thanks for all your good wishes,
I have nearly got through day one, not too bad just very strange not having a 'dinner' but have half a pack left for later and I have drunk 4.5 litres water.
Am disappointed the counsellors scales weighed me 7lbs heavier than my own scales, they are both digital ones, but I am going to carry on using mine
I will try and sort out my ticker thing now.
