Red face Cambridge Diet Full source is exercise important

My Counsellor (Doctor) has advised me to do at least 30 mins exercise per day i.e. brisk walking. I spoke to a colleague of mine who did the exercise during full source and she told me it made her feel very hungry and she recommended not do do it for the first 4 weeks anyway. she has not exercised and still managed to lose 4 stones in 7 weeks. what are your thoughts. The only exercise i currently do at the moment is go swimming twice per week with my wife and son.

    Thanks
    Chris

if you are not used to vigorous exercise then you would probably feel very weak if you tried to take it up now while doing sole source.

Swimming is fine as you are doing that already, and if you want to increase your activity start with some gentle walking and then build itup from there. Listen to your body though as you are on a very low calorie intake and so you havent really got the energy for much exercise

Don't change anything at the moment...strenuous exercise is not a good idea as you are so few calories. But keep up the swimming...that will help.

I am a bit lazy and don't like excerise, but I am still losing weight so I don't worry.
