    Wink started cd

    Hi everyone
Started cd on 6th September. My CDC does it so that you dont start ss straight away and gradually cut things out. I,ve still found that hard so praise to everyone who ss straight away.. Anyway got weighed 12th sept and lost 7 pound. I'm over the moon and feel great in myself but so misss the taste of bread (oh dear). I am going to try to make tthe crisps and see if that helps.
ps. i never realised how much food i really did put in my mouth until this week ........

After doing SSing the hard and the easy way...I think now your CDC is so right as you will avoid the worst of the withdrawals, including headache and you will be in ketosis very quickly.

Once your in the zone most the cravings should go...but we all miss a favourite food from time to time.

Or if your like me develope a craving for a new one...mine is nuts

At the end of the day nothing taste as good as slim does.

It is great freedom have more choice in clothes and what we do with our lives and knowing your doing something positive for your health.

    Love Mini xxx

Congratulations on starting your VLCD. So many of us have been having great sucess on them.

I find it easier to cut out all conventional food rather than limit what I can eat so I have every admiration for the stage you are at now. WELL DONE!

Yes I'm back to lose 6 stone for a third time. For goodness sake, do the maintenance this time!

    Hiya dol7247

It's hard when you want to get on the plan straight away. Be patient though. It will be a lot less painful this way

Very best of luck on your journey

Congratulations on a great first weigh in. I have to say I think your dedication and resolve is no less than anyone who goes straight onto SSing. For me 'cutting out' was easier than 'cutting down' so hats off to you!

very much well done to you, my first cdc was appalling, she just dropped me a book and some packs off and told me to start! I think If I had known to cut down it would have made the start better for me.

Excellent weight loss on cutting down, keep up the fab work x
