Blood shot eyes

The 1st time I did CD, last year, I had really bloodshot eyes for the first few days. On day 2 of second attempt now, and have got it again

Anybody expericned or heard of this?

oh sorry, I've not heared of it either but have you had your blood pressure checked? Not to scare you by the way hun, I think peoples blood pressure changes when on CD or any other VLCD, some people experience dizziness ( I did ). I'd just get you BP checked if you can.

As with any medical concern I would strongly recommend you pop and see your GP and get his/her advice and also a BP check.

Sure everything is fine but never hurts to check.

Cheers guys - my BP is pretty much text book and the blood shot eyes have gone now as they did after 2 days first time round - I am just a bit weird I guess Lol

I didn't get blood shot eyes as such. But a week into the diet I had a blood vessel burst in one eye, it looked awful and took a couple of weeks to go, I looked like I'd been fighting I still don't know if it was related to the diet, but never had it before and luckily have never had it since.

Glad to hear your eyes are fine now though
