    Steve, thanks for this great spreadsheet!! I am so going to love it when i am starting on CD (if i start on CD or modifast for that matter).

    Week 11 : - 3.3 lbs 99% (cursed mother in law)
    Week 12 : - 4.6 lbs 100%
    Week 13 : - 4.8 lbs 100%
    Week 14 : - 3.0 lbs been hospitalised.....and off CD
    Week 15 : - 3.3 lbs been off CD and had surgery!

    Surgery done 10-2-2010. So atm not CD-ing. Will start again when i am all back to normal.

    Hiya if anyone has an iPhone or iPod Touch there's an excellent app called Weightbot, it allows you to record your weight each day or week if you prefer and then gives you a graph and various other statistics. It even gives you a projected time til you reach goal based on your losses so far. I love it!!
