AAM quick question Hi guys - just a quick question re AAM week .....
I'm on 4packs a day but am finding it really hard to get the 4th one down along with my chicken/brocc/cauli - the question is -
Can I drop to 3packs during AAM week ?? or do I have to eat all four ??

You must have all 4 packs. Try having one as a bedtime drink or make as a mousse.
