Welcome to minimins, the support here is fantastic and will definately help you through the tough times.
Problems such as feeling hungry shouldn't really be an issue once your in ketosis, the first few day to a week will be tough(imo) but if you can get through it and see the great result at the end of the week it will give you the motivation to carry on. As for dealing with cravings, boredom etc, just try and find other things to do that don't involve food, take a bath, paint your nails, read a book/mag. The way i always reason with myself is that whatever food i may be fancying, it will still be there in 3/6/9 months time,
but for now i have made the commitment to myself to do this and that is more important than any food
