    Thai Kickboxing

Just wanted to let those of you who don't know that I returned (after a year) to my Thai Boxing class last night.

It is a REALLY good way to get fit - the warm up is very intense and then you team up with a partner to learn different punches/kicks.

You need gloves but there are usually plenty at the class if you dont want to buy your own.

It really tones you up and you also learn something in the process - very useful for self-defence.

The people there are usually (in my experience) quite serious about what they are doing and so nobody stares at you or makes you feel awkward.

Just wanted to inspire anyone who is thinking about trying this sport but hasn't been to a class yet!

    xx

Ive always wanted to try kick boxing so intense and can tone every part of your body, I may just get into it soon when i get to the 790 stage.
Good things don't come to those who wait,

yea go for it! I think you definitely need to be on 790 to do it. I have found it fine on 790 but think i would have collapsed if i had still been on SS!

I'm definately interested and will wait until on 790 too.

I'll have to look for local classes xxx
