    *****Thursdays Hour By Hour Thread ********

    I thought that being I was up I might as well start the hour by hour thread. Yesterday was ok, I managed to have both shakes and not nibble and then have a small meal in the evening. my water was down to 2 pints which is really bad, but I seem to spend most of my day in the toilet.

    Well done on yesterday, but please glug some more. Your body will adjust quickly. I drink 4-5 litres daily and don't spend anymore time going to loo than I used to, except for at the start whilst my body got used to it xxx

    Morning Girls

    Feeling abit low this morning - jumped on the scales (official wi tomorrow) and i've put on a pound which is really annoying. I think I'm going to have to go back to 790 as the extra fruit this week seems to have made a difference to me. It worries me abit as i think when i am on maintenance am i actually going to start putting on? its still low calorie at 1000 or even 1200 so i dont know why i am actually putting on.

    I've got to get half a stone off by the end of October - surely that is achievable?
    STARTED CD ON 26/6/07 AT 12ST 5LBS - lost 3 st 8lbs and maintained until 2009, now back on it!

    Morning all,
    Get some more water down Nessa...start glugging. Well done for getting through yesterday.

    JJJ...try and knock the fruit on the head this week, I'm sure it will make a difference, worth a try. Stay positive, you will get that 7lbs off.

    Busy morning for me, have to go and set my neighbours hair and then off to town, still looking for a filter coffee maker, the 1 I liked was out of stock...may be in now, so checking it out.

    I don't even know how much water i drank yesterday, but it wasnt as much as i have been so i deserve a slap on the wrists.

    Ohh, sounds like you're all busy little bees today. I have to sit through a double lecture on "genetic engineering and biotechnology" so i'm not drinking any water till that is over... I have the afternoon off to work on my dissertation (which is NOT going to happen) and drink litre upon litre of water.

    Oh yeah, i made those "crisps" last night woth half my chick/mush soup. Made up the other half of the soup and dipped them. Was quite nice really.

    Day 3 for me...woke up really thirsty, even after drinking 5.5 litres of water!
    Headache is just forming, so I will drink more water - I cant be dehydrated surely???

    Sat here at work bored senseless, but it gives me a chance to come on here and look busy!!!!

    Morning all

    Well today I am officially wearing a size 16 which is the first time in I can't remember how long, feels good!! Weight has dropped a couple of pounds below what is what before I went to Barcelona so the wate retention seems to have sorted itself out, fingers crossed for the rest of the week!

    JJJ - try to keep your chin up I am sure you will shift those extra few pounds and you have done so well. I am no expert but could it be something to do with the carbs in the fruit refilling your glycogen. Don't the plans work on the basis that you refill your glycogen but at the same time still lose weight but with smaller losses - maybe your body just needs time to adjust to the food and find its balance.

    Everyone seems to be doing really well which is great, nearly the weekend, going up to see my parents in Brum, haven't seen them for a while and as of this morning am 2 and a half stone down so hopefully they will see a difference.
