    Talking first week complete, roll on day 8

    after 7 days i've lost 11lb which i'm quite pleased with
    only 39lb to go!
    one day at a time........
    i'm joining the world of the cambridge diet!




    start date 30/09/07
    wk1= -11lb
    wk2-4= -10
    wk5+ -4lb (so far!)

    well done. this is day 8 for me as well. I went for my weigh in yesterday and have lost 12 lbs.

    I'm very pleased.

    Lets keep on at it.

    This week was far from easy but we can do it. hopefully it should get easier.

    well done! how much are you aiming to lose in total?

    Everyone speaks of a feeling of well being towards the end of the first week and this, for me, has to be the closest thing! lol

    all week I've just been tired and freezing, i'm usually ready to fall into a coma by 6pm!
    i'm joining the world of the cambridge diet!

    The first week or two can be very tough as your body detoxes.

    It really does get better.

    lol no, I'm afraid CD wasn't really suited to james. On day 5 he was still feeling really rough and it was affecting his work so he speed dialled dominos! He's still being encouraging though, its not like he's offering me a slice! (even thouh it smelt soooooo good!) He didn't even want to eat in front of me, but i'm not going to hav him starve just because <i>i'm</i> on a diet. And thanks, i hope it wont be long too!

    Yes its not for everyone , can really make you not think straight this Diet at first .... but i'm better this time , thinking straight i can now do . Well guys good luck . What size was that pizza lol

    Lost 11lbs on WW then:

    Started CD on plan 1200 4/8/07
    1200 plan August to March -31lbs -8.5 inches from waist
    Restart 26/03/2008
    4/4/08 VERY ANGRY 1 measly pound GRRR
    11/4/08 -3lbs -1 waist

    100 day challenge.....day 13..and cheated
    84 days to go....

    Goal 2 Lose another 4 stone by 4th July 2008 44 to go
