Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Questions Questions Questions Hey everyone Well as you can tell i am new, so i'l explain a little bit about myself. Im 20, male a student. I currently weigh about 210 pounds. id love to do the Cambridge diet to loose a couple of stone. I have a few questions first. i really really don't want to go to a CDC, im just not that kind of person. Is there any where to order the items off the internet (apart from ebay, they go for ££s above the RRP) Also i have a few trips planned over the next couple of months. I'm going to Ireland, Paris and America and then of course its christmas and new year. Now i wont be able to survive america and christmas being on the CD. Would it be okay to do the CD, then stop for a week, then go back on it? Thanks for any help. |

How are you In answer to your first question, no you can't get the CD without seeing a CDC. As you said they go for £££ on eBay but you are not guranteed to get what you need and I've heard that there are even some fakes on there. If you are anxious about talking to a CDC I'm sure that you will find one who will just let you buy the packs and get weighed without the chat - If you get a good one then they will pretty much do as you ask. My first CDC was very quick, in and out in two minutes job, if thats what you want then I'm sure you will find someone like that. In regards to your trips, If you Sole Source and stop then its very very difficult to get back into it - speaking from experience. But its fine to stop for a week. I'm a student too and stopped for the whole summer - the only downside was that I gained all the weight I initially lost and more and I found the first week nearly impossible! Good luck in what you decide to do duck! |
