    i've posted a thread about this, but as I'm here and its being discussed, can someone tell me the diffence between AAM and 790?
    i'm joining the world of the cambridge diet!




    start date 30/09/07
    wk1= -11lb
    wk2-4= -10
    wk5+ -4lb (so far!)
